Update

Hello Friends.

What a year 2020 has been so far!

We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our friends, family and past guests good health and happy families as we all proceed through these new and challenging times.

It goes without saying that some things are going to change at the Manse but a few things will never change; our welcoming hospitality, our amazing food, extensive outdoor gardens including our pool and waterfall, and the general sense of a home away from home we think all of our guests feel while staying with us.

With the announcement that the Ontario government is reopening short term accommodations as of Friday, June 5, we will stay on schedule and open up the Manse on the 15th of June.

Breakfast
We will be having breakfast al fresco either on the deck or around the waterfall. Room service is also available

Lunch
We will have a lunch menu so you can take picnic lunch for those looking to explore the county.

Dinner
We will be serving dinner on Sunday, Monday, & Wednesday.  And room rates include the innkeepers bbq on Friday night
We will reach out closer to your arrival with the menu and how you can make a reservation.

Spa Services
At this time our RMT has the green light on accepting appointments, however our aesthetician does not have approval at this time.  Please review your confirmation email or our website to make an appointment.

Pool and Hot Tub
Our pool and hot tub will be open on June 12th.

We will have new protocols, both for staff and guests.  These protocols protect not only you the guest but staff as well.

These protocols include but are not limited to.

- Prior to arrival, we ask all guests to inform us if they’ve traveled or have any symptoms that would indicate that they are unwell, or if they have had recent contact with anyone who has been unwell

- We will be greeting our guests with a friendly wave and smile rather than a hand shake

- Contactless Check in & check out is available. But Check in will be a detailed tour and orientation.

-In order to accommodate extra cleaning procedures we will be asking guests to the best of their ability organize their arrival time, we will stagger arrival times and 3 days before your arrival you will receive an update and info on how and when to arrive

-Hand washing and hand sanitizer stations will be located through-out the property

-Room service will be available and take out picnics will be available

-We have created new outdoor offerings that allow you to spend time on our property, with many recreational activities

-Social distancing will be encouraged and facilitated in common areas;

-Our treatment rooms will be disinfected between treatments

- We are disinfecting high touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handles, railings, light switches, lockers, throughout each day;

- We are deep cleaning bathrooms;

- All laundry baskets and laundry room is sanitized daily
Duvets, occasional pillow and extra blankets have been removed from the rooms but can be requested

- Sick guests and staff will be sent home

- A UV light sanitizing system has been implemented into our 3 step cleaning procedures.

Protocols and guidelines are ever-changing and we endeavour  to provide you with the most up-to-date information that we can.
