The Manse is not a restaurant open to the public. However we are pleased to offer a unique private dining experience

If you are new to our dining experience and are curious as to what to expect, imagine going to Grammas house where a thoughfull sequence of dishes are cooked lovingly and prepared to order. No item is pre made or assembeled and whenever possible we use locally sourced ingredients.

The Manse works closely with our farmers Ed & Sandy Taylor at Honeywagon Farms to source the best county produce. Chef Chris makes almost everything from scratch in house. Some of our local suppliers include, The Pastry House for all breads, Reids Dairy for dairy products, Black River Cheese, Goodfellows Butchers for great cuts of meat. While all produce is seasonally available in the county, we do not buy products from any food service company, rather we purchase product from locally owned grocery stores.

We change our menus monthly in order to provide the freshest product available.  Guests of The Manse can reserve dinner beginning 7 days prior to their arrival.  We try our best to provide a quality dining experience to every guest, in doing so, from time to time we may suggest an alternate date for guests to dine.  Reservations and selections for meals are made online and in advance of your arrival by visiting a webpage we specifically direct you to.  

Please note that we cannot accommodate same day requests for dinner.

The Manse Boutique Inn is a liquor licensed facility.  A varied selection of wine, beer and spirits are available to our guests for purchase and can be enjoyed throughout the Manse and its grounds.  Our wine list features a number of VQA Prince Edward County selections from some of the many local vineyards And a few world wines, just for fun.
